Bio: A Junior at Fairfield Warde High School in Connecticut, Zach started racing in 2017 at the Norwalk Karting Association’s track at Cow Pasture Beach. Under the tutelage of John Kurtzman of Kurtzman Racing, Zach first learned race craft and kart mechanics. Over 2 years of skill building and competition, Zach’s success and confidence grew with each race weekend, deepening his passion for the sport.
Seeking a greater level of competition, Zach joined renowned McAleer Racing at OVRP in 2020. Learning from experienced race instructors, mechanics and teammates, Zach’s race craft and pace quickly accelerated to where he now consistently runs with the front pack. Having podiumed in 10 Junior and Senior class club races and podiumed twice in the OVRP Club Championships, he has set higher goals for himself for this year and beyond.
Zach is interested in majoring in mechanical engineering and hopes that his passions for racing, mechanics and automobiles will lead to future success.
